Fetch is a local collection and delivery service focused on convenience, reliability, and taking the hassle off your hands. Whether it's online shopping orders, forgotten essentials at home, or time-sensitive documents that need to get to you fast!

2. How the service Operates

       Monday to Friday, 
       07:00 to 17:00

       Monday to Thursday,
       17:00 to 19:00

       Old, New & Far East


   Boundaries
       North: R104, Pretoria Rd
       West: Boundary: R21 
       South: Rietvlei Nature Reserve

3. Pricing, Payment & Discounts
  • Fetch charges a flat rate of R120 per same-day delivery.
  • Customers who book at least one day in advance receive a R30 discount, making the delivery fee R80.
  • Upfront payment must be made via EFT or instant payment.
4. What info is required when placing an order?
  • Item description and photo
  • Item dimensions and weight (see exclusions below)
  • Pickup address
  • Preferred collection & delivery slot time
  • Drop off address
  • Collection person’s name and number
  • Proof of payment sent via WhatsApp
  • Confirmation that the parcel is ready for collection
5. Confirmation & Booking
  • Fetch will confirm availability and price
  • Client will make direct payment
  • Fetch confirm payment received
  • Fetch will create WA group with Client and Responsible person
  • Fetch will post collection details
  • The client will post a photo of the item to be collected
  • The responsible person will post a pin location in the group as well as any info required like a gate code.
6. Collection & Delivery Process
  • If the Fetch driver cannot locate the address he will:
  • Share his WhatsApp LIVE LOCATION in the group
  • Contact the contact person / responsible person / client
  • The Fetch driver will collect the item
  • The Fetch driver will post in WA group
  • Confirmation of collection
  • Estimate time of arrival
  • Once the parcel has successfully been delivered, the FETCH will take a selfie with the client and will exit the WA group
7. Failed Collections Procedure
  • The Fetch driver will:
    • post a selfie taken at the collection address on the WhatsApp group
    • phone the client
    • wait for approximately five minutes after phone call for a response
  • If the client cannot be reached within five minutes, the collection will be deemed unsuccessful, and the driver will leave the premises.
8. Failed Drop off Procedure
  • The Fetch driver will:
    • Post a selfie taken at the collection address on the WhatsApp group
    • Phone the Client
    • Wait five minutes for a response
    • Deemed the delivery unsuccessful and return to base with the parcel
  • Fetch will stay in contact with the client to arrange a new delivery time slot, at the client’s expense
9. What is excluded? Prohibited & Banned Goods

  • Dangerous & Hazardous Materials: Flammable items (lighter fluid, matches, aerosols, paint), explosives, fireworks, ammunition, compressed gas, and corrosive substances (acids, batteries with liquid).
  • Illegal Goods & Substances: Narcotics, psychotropic drugs, illegal substances, and cannabis/THC.
  • Live Animals: Livestock, and pets
  • Perishables & Food: Fresh produce, seafood, frozen goods
  • Human or Animal Remains: Including ashes
  • Valuables & Currency: The prerogative for the following items lies with Fetch and special arrangements must be made for cash, bank notes, bonds, coins, gold, silver, pearls, precious stones, and jewellery.
10. Liability & Disclaimer
  • Clients may cancel at any time before the item has been collected. Once collected, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
  • Breakage and Damage: Although Fetch takes reasonable care when handling and transporting items, Fetch accepts no responsibility for any damage.
  • Fetch reserves the right to refuse collection of any item that is inadequately packaged, insufficiently protected, or unsafe to transport due to its nature or fragility. If an item is refused on arrival for any of these reasons, the collection will be deemed unsuccessful, and the collection/delivery fee will be non-refundable.
  • Beyond Scope: Fetch reserves the right to refuse collection of any item that exceeds the maximum permitted dimensions or weight. If such an item is found upon arrival, the collection will be deemed unsuccessful, and the collection/delivery fee will be non-refundable.

Acceptance of terms and conditions: By being part of this WhatsApp group, you acknowledge that Fetch's terms and conditions have been made available to you. Your continued membership will be taken as an indication that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
